All of the land owned by the Grepne family is on the Island of Santiago just north of Cape Verde's capital city, Praia. The land can be divided into two sections: coastal and inland.
The coastal section starts in the south at the Baía de São Francisco, situated some 10 kms north east of Praia, and extends northwards along the coast for about 8 kms up to Móia Móia. From here the property extends inland about 6 kms to the Monte Sopra Bolo region then down in a southerly direction to the Monte Bodes region and from there back to the Baía de São Francisco. This property includes the region known as Vale da Custa and comprises some 1350 hectares (3335 acres).
The inland section starts right on the northern fringe of the Praia city urban zone in the Achada de São Filipe region at Monte Agarro. From here it extends northwards, on its eastern boundary, along the line of the main road for about 5 kms until the Pedregal region. From here the northern boundary turns westward across the Monte Vaca and down into the Ribeira Veneza and from there it turns southward following the ribeira into the Ribeira de Laranjo continuing down to a region called Bom-Coi and S.Pedro. From here the boundary heads eastward over the Monte Gonçalo Afonso and back to the Achada de S.Filipe at Monte Agarro. This property comprises the regions known as Monte Gonçalo Afonso, Monte Agarro, S.Filipe and Monte das Vacas and comprises some 655 hectares (1660 acres).
